All orders are shipped within two business days from our California fulfillment center (also known as my Mom’s house). See below for approximate shipping times for U.S. and International orders.
Domestic U.S. Orders
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days and ship times vary based on the shipping address’s proximity to our Oakland office and the service / carrier selected. Please reference estimated shipping times during check out and select the service that works best for you.
International Orders
International orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks unless expedited shipping is selected. Please reference estimated shipping times during check out and select the service that works best for you. We are not responsible for local duty fees and taxes due at time of package receipt.
Delays
If there is a delay in processing your order due to product restocking issues or a scheduled staff vacation, you will be promptly notified.
Returns
